FilmTally is sponsoring an open source editing contest with over $500 in cash prizes. We have 4 hours of HD footage of an up and coming band called Rigby which will be used to make this video. We will mail this footage (in data cd form) to any editor interested in creating a music video. You can add your own footage if you like.
To have the footage mailed to you please contact MattLewis@FilmTally.com with your address and the type of editing software you will be using. To view a sample video click here and then click on the media dropdown bar.
Once your music video is completed you should:
Sign up for a free filmtally membership (if you have not done so)
Upload your video to youtube.com
Submit your project using the submission link at the bottom of the page
Tell everyone you know to vote for your project
Prizes: all prizes are paid out via PayPal
First place receives $250
Second Place Receives $100
Third, fourth, and fifth receive $50
If the winner is a FilmTallyPro member they will be guaranteed a paid editing spot for our TV Pilot and will receive a $100 contest bonus. To qualify you must submit your project using your FilmTallyPro account.
