America’s Next Top Grommet is an online video submission contest that will chose 6 finalists judged on performance, difficulty of maneuvers, style, creativity, and flare. The 6 finalists will receive a 1 year subscription to Transworld Surf Magazine and a huge box of Ergophobia product. The grand prize winner will receive a 1 year Ergophobia surf team contract with travel fund, contest entry fees, and photo incentive. Get off your computer and start gathering footage to become America’s Next Top Grommet.
Entries must be at least 60 seconds in length and MUST include both surf and lifestyle footage. (Get creative)
Entry to the Contest is only open to persons 17 years or younger.
The contest will run for a 6 month period commencing August 1st 2008. At the end of every month, the Transworld staff and Ergophobia staff will chose one winner to make the finals. The chosen winner each month will get a choke box of Ergophobia gear and have a 1 in 6 chance of winning the grand prize, which is a 1 year Ergophobia contract with travel fund, contest entry fees, and photo incentive.
