Submit a video of your child speaking, babbling, or attempting to speak; video should be no more than 1 minute long; you must be the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the video.
The Contest is open only to individuals, 18 years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States. Submissions must be received by 11:59 pm on December 7, 2008.
