VQ ActionCare encourages personal trainers to enter our new workout video contest: Create a 3 to 5 minute home video of a workout routine that utilizes the Resistance Chair and post it on YouTube.
To enter your video, you must first post it on YouTube.com and then email us with the link to the video. YouTube.com provides instructions on how to post videos on their site. The deadline is July 31, 2009 and the winner will be announced by August 15, 2009.
We will choose the best video based on a number of criteria, including
- the personal trainer’s presentation skills, and
- how well the instructor uses the Resistance Chair exercises to address a specific target area, such as the arms, shoulders, or core.
The contest winner will receive a cash prize of $500, a free Resistance Chair and Freedom Flex shoulder stretcher, and a chance to be featured in an upcoming VQ ActionCare television commercial.
Second and third winners will each receive a free Resistance Chair exercise system.
