This year at NAB, we got a lot of positive feedback on the Ikan line of products, so now, we want to give you the opportunity to win cash and prizes for your creativity! Ikan is sponsoring the first “wish I had an Ikan” short film competition. We will award almost $5,000 in cash and prizes to the winner we announce August 15th!
The contest is FREE to participants and entering is as simple as…
1. Make your video, featuring either the Ikan name or an Ikan product in a positive manner along the theme of “I wish I had an Ikan.”
2. Upload your video to WWW.VIMEO.COM/GROUPS/WISHIHADANIKAN
3. Fill out and send in the Release Form, through email, US Postal Service or fax.
Entries will be accepted until Midnight on August 1, 2009 and the final winners will be announced on August 15, 2009.
A panel of industry professionals will judge your work based on
- creativity,
- adherence to theme and
- effective placement of an Ikan product or the Ikan name.
First Prize: $2000.00 and a V8000HDMI-DK, an ikan Camera Craddle, an ikan monitor arm and a production slate. Also, we will have a prizes from some of our partners Digital Juice, Video Traxx HDfrom Digital Juice. Retail Price $599.00 and a Zacuto Zamerican Arm Kit with a retail price of $410.00.
Second Prize: $1000.00 and a V8000HDMI.
