The best contributions will be aired during the COP15 CNN/YouTube TV debate on December 15. The Contest is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the date that they submit their content.
You must submit your questions or comments before 11:59:59 PM (Copenhagen, Denmark time) on November 30, 2009, for it to be eligible for consideration in the Contest.
