Entrants must be residents of Canada and have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at time of entry.
Submission period ends at 11:59 pm ET on Friday, December 11, 2009.
All eligible Videos will be voted upon by the general public to determine the top five Videos from 12:00 pm ET on June 11, 2009 through 11:59 pm ET on December 11, 2009. The five Videos with the highest number of votes will be identified as the Finalists.
Finalists will be judged by an independent judging organization, under the supervision of the Administrator, to determine the Contest Grand Prize Winner, on the basis of the following judging criteria:
originality and creativity (45%)
clarity of presentation (45%)
general public votes (10%)
Contest Grand Prize : An amount of $5,000, awarded in the form of a cheque.
