Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of 3 & 13 as of 10/01/09. Entrants must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate in this Contest prior to entering.
Submission period ends 11:59:59PM PT on 12/15/09.
A panel of qualified independent judges selected by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, will judge each Video Entry & Photo Entry based on the following criteria:
1) Originality, including creativity, uniqueness & depiction: 0-35 points
2) Quality: 0-30 points
3) Presentation, including compelling delivery, appeal, & overall engagement: 0-35 points.
Peer Voting: will take place from 1/1/10 to 1/15/10.
The five Video Entries & five Photo Entries with the highest score in their Entry Category will be deemed Finalists.
The one Video Entry that receives the highest number of valid votes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed the Grand Prize Winning Video Entry
