Create a video that shows why you are the Most Interesting Patient in the World, and why you deserve a smile makeover. Be as creative as you like, just make sure you explain (safely) how your story makes you the most interesting dental patient, and why your smile is the most deserving of a free aesthetic makeover.
Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (including D.C.) who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

The video with the most votes will win a FREE SMILE MAKEOVER from Dr. Mark Sweeney. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, January 27th
The voting period which begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on January 6th, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on January 22nd, 2010.
During the Voting Period, Austin Dental Spa will select their 3 favorite Submissions, taking into account the following judging criteria to determine the finalists:
- (50%) creativity
- (50%) entertainment value
