Video Submissions may be submitted anytime during the Video Submission Period at the TJ Maxx/ Marshalls “YouTube Caroling Presented By Marshalls and TJMaxx” at Contest Website. The four approved Christmas Carols are:

Entry is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia only 18 years of age or older, or age of majority if greater than 18.
Submission period ends 11:59:59 pm December 20.
All Eligible Video Submissions received during the Video Submission Period for Entries will be judged by representatives of the Contest Entities. Each Video Submission will be scored based on the following judging criteria:
Originality of performance (25%)
Entertainment value (25%)
Overall impression (50%)
Based on the Video Submission scores, the highest scoring Spendervention Carol will be defined as the “Potential Grand Prize Winner” and up to the next fifteen highest scoring Video Submissions will become the “Potential Second Prize Winners”.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $5,000 TJ Maxx/Marshalls gift card.
Second Prize: Up to fifteen Second Prize Winners will each receive a $100 TJ Maxx/Marshalls gift card.
