This Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of California, Illinois and Tennessee), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Submission period ends on December 20, 2009 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
A panel of qualified judges appointed by Sponsor will review the entries and in its sole discretion, based on the following criteria:

- Creativity (20%)
- Personality (20%)
- Delivery (20%)
And select the winner from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
