Videos will be evaluated based on the Judging Criteria by a panel of internal judges resulting in a selection of three finalists. Video Entries will be reviewed after the conclusion of the Video Entry Phase and will be judged according to the following judging criteria:
Relevance to contest theme (30%)
Relevance to VCC tools (30%)
Relevance as a reference (20%)
Originality (20%)
