Google is working to get its coins from the Suberbowl advertisers:
Google has added even more features including social media buttons that will make it easy for viewers to pass them along or “tweet” them on Twitter. There are also overlays that give more information about the products and companies featured in the spots and overlays that let viewers vote on their favorites. Google offers this to marketers free. It does, of course, promise them more exposure if they pay for video, search and display ads.
Right after the game, Google will feature a big banner ad on the YouTube home page pointing users right to the commercials. There, they will be able to vote on their favorites. The ad that gets the most votes will get a free spot on the YouTube home page later in the month.
